Per project
Pin is set up per project and switched on or off there. Each project is to get its own widget.
A screenshot with a red circle and three words: “this is broken”.
Pin is in preparation. The plan is a widget added to your client’s site with one script tag: they point at what’s wrong and say what they expected, and you get a report that already knows the page, the element and the browser. Today you can set Pin up per project; the widget, the inbox and accepting reports as work items are not available yet.
Pin is in preparation. Setting it up per project already works; the widget, the inbox and accepting reports as work items are not available yet. Ask us about it when you get started.
Your client will open the widget on the page in question, mark the element and write what they mean. The report is meant to carry the address, the element, the browser and the latest console errors, so your first reply doesn’t have to be “which page?”.
Nothing happens on the second click — I expected the mandate form.
SendReports are planned to arrive in an inbox for each project, with their own numbers. An accepted report will become a work item on the board; decline one and the reporter can still see that it was handled. Reports about the same page and element are to be grouped together.

The widget is intended to work only on the hostnames you list for the project, and only for people you invited. The first time, they confirm in a small window on your portal that they want to report from that site, and they can revoke it whenever they like. Hostnames and authorisations can already be set up today.

Exact hostnames or one wildcard level, like *.muster.de. The widget is meant to load nowhere else.
Reporting is to be possible only after the person has said yes on your portal.
Clients are to see only the reports they sent; your team, all of the project’s reports.
We’ll set up your workspace with you and move your current projects over before the first call ends.
